The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. They should possess strong leadership skills, the ability to optimize resources, and a solid understanding of safety and quality standards. Experience in managing teams, improving workflows, and meeting production targets is essential.
